A Nourishment & Rebuilding Container for Mothers
Motherhood can quietly deplete you — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Especially when nourishment, rest, and support were never fully restored after pregnancy, birth, illness, or years of caregiving.
Many mothers I work with aren’t doing anything “wrong.”
They’re doing too much without enough being poured back in — for too long.
S E E D is a small, intimate, 12-week coaching container for mothers who feel:
Chronically tired or “off,” even when they’re doing all the “right” things
Disconnected from their bodies, intuition, or sense of self
Overwhelmed by food, meals, and daily decisions
Like they’ve been holding everything together for everyone else
This is not a program about fixing yourself or trying harder.
It’s a place to slow down, be met where you are, and rebuild from the inside out.
Healing foods when you need them most.
Participants often experience:
More stable energy and nourishment
Greater confidence feeding themselves and their families
Less overwhelm and decision fatigue around food
Increased connection to their bodies and needs
More capacity to name what they need and ask for support
Tools for feeling safer, steadier, and more present in body, mind, and spirit
A sense of being accompanied — not analyzed, rushed, or “worked on”
Success here doesn’t look like perfection.
It looks like feeling more fed, more resourced, and more at home in yourself.
How It Works
12 weeks of guided support — designed for real life, not ideal conditions
Inside S E E D, we move slowly and intentionally.
Rather than overhauling your life or following a rigid plan, we focus on:
Noticing what’s actually depleting you right now
Making one or two supportive changes at a time
Building confidence through repetition, not perfection
Using food, rhythm, and awareness as tools for safety and nourishment
Some weeks that might look like:
Simplifying breakfast so your energy and blood sugar feel steadier
Finding one nourishing meal you can reliably return to
Exploring what your body needs when you feel tired, wired, or numb
Practicing ways to name what you need or ask for support without guilt
There’s no falling behind.
The work meets you where you are, and we adjust together as life shifts.

I didn’t come to this work through theory alone.
I came to it through lived experience — navigating depletion, autoimmunity, chronic stress, and the slow rebuilding that happens when pushing through stops working. Through learning, sometimes the hard way, that nourishment isn’t just about food — it’s also about safety, rhythm, support, honoring grief, and being met as a whole person.
My work blends functional nutrition, Ayurveda, perinatal nourishment, and years of hands-on experience as a personal chef, alongside a deep respect for the nervous system and real-life capacity. I don’t believe in rigid plans, harsh “fix-it” approaches that have you spending thousands of dollars on tests and supplements, or one-size-fits-all ideas of “doing it right.”
I believe in loving guidance, prioritization, engagement, repetition, and rebuilding slowly — with enough nourishment and support that the changes actually last.
S E E D is the container I wish had existed earlier in my own journey, and the one I now feel resourced to hold for others.
