Nourishment & Rebuilding for Mothers, and for Anyone Who Has Been Holding Too Much

Motherhood is a gorgeous, expansive time that can quietly deplete you - physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Especially when nourishment, rest, and support were never fully restored after pregnancy, birth, illness, or years of caregiving.

Many mothers I work with aren’t doing anything “wrong”.
They’re doing too much without enough being poured back in, for too long.

This work was born from supporting mothers - because motherhood has a particular way of asking everything of you while quietly eroding the reserves that make it possible. The exhaustion that hides behind competence. The meals made for everyone but yourself. The years of putting the needs of small people (and partners, and everyone else) ahead of your own hunger — literal and otherwise.

If you're a mother, I see you. I understand the limited time, the mental load, and the guilt that sneaks in whenever you try to prioritize yourself. This work was made with you in mind.

And if you're not a mother - but you recognize yourself in that description - you are welcome here. Depletion doesn't require a particular title. It just requires having given more than you've received, for longer than your body can quietly absorb.

What Brings People Here

You might find yourself here if you:

  • Feel chronically tired or "off," even when you're doing all the "right" things

  • Have lost the thread of what your body actually needs or wants

  • Are overwhelmed by food — the planning, the decisions, the guilt

  • Have been managing symptoms for so long, it's started to feel like just who you are

  • Know something needs to shift, but aren't sure where to start

  • Are coming through the other side of something hard — illness, transition, loss — and ready to slowly rebuild

S E E D is a place to slow down, be met where you are, and rebuild from the inside out. about fixing yourself or trying harder. It's

What Becomes Possible

Clients often experience:

  • More stable energy and a deeper sense of nourishment

  • Less overwhelm and decision fatigue around food

  • Greater confidence feeding themselves and the people they love

  • More connection to their body, their intuition, their sense of self

  • The capacity to name what they need — and actually ask for it

  • Tools that travel with them: for steadiness, for hard seasons, for the long haul

  • A sense of being accompanied — not analyzed, rushed, or "worked on"

Success here looks like feeling more fed, more resourced, and more at home in yourself.

How It Works

Three Different Levels of Support

✦ Ask Me Anything

One Session · $100

Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who knows this territory.

Bring a question, a symptom, a pattern you can't quite crack, or just a vague sense that something needs to shift. This is an open, unstructured hour — no prep required, no agenda to follow. We go where it's most useful for you.

A good fit if you're: new to this kind of work and want to get a feel for it, navigating something specific and wanting a thinking partner, or somewhere in a longer journey and needing a check-in.

✦ The S E E D Foundations Arc

Three Sessions + Intake & Support - $397

A focused, unhurried container for real change — without committing to months of work before you know if it's right.

Session One — Full Picture We take our time here. Health history, current challenges, daily rhythms, what's actually getting in the way. Nothing is too small or too complicated. Together we build a prioritized action plan grounded in your real life, not an ideal one.

Session Two — Assess & Evolve We look honestly at what's shifted and what hasn't. Goals that have served their purpose get retired; new ones emerge. This session keeps the work alive and responsive — not just a plan you're behind on.

Session Three — Solidify & Resource We anchor what's working and make sure you leave with the tools, practices, and supports to keep going on your own. Not a goodbye — a handoff with roots.

I didn’t come to this work through theory alone.

I came to it through lived experience - navigating depletion, autoimmunity, chronic stress, and the slow rebuilding that happens when pushing through stops working. Through learning, sometimes the hard way, that nourishment isn’t just about food - it’s also about safety, rhythm, support, honoring grief, and being met as a whole person.

My work blends functional nutrition, Ayurveda, perinatal nourishment, and years of hands-on experience as a personal chef, alongside a deep respect for the nervous system and real-life capacity. I don’t believe in rigid plans, harsh “fix-it” approaches that have you spending thousands of dollars on tests and supplements, or one-size-fits-all ideas of “doing it right.”

I believe in loving guidance, prioritization, engagement, repetition, and rebuilding slowly — with enough nourishment and support that the changes actually last.

S E E D is the container I wish had existed earlier in my own journey, and the one I now feel resourced to hold for others.
